Principles of Transparency and Best Practice
1. Website
The URL of official journal web site is https://www.elifecycle.org.
It is the mission of our editorial team endeavors to maintain a website offering high-quality and peer-reviewed research to global readers and physicians, which demonstrates our commitment in ensuring high ethical and professional standards. Nothing here contains any misleading information, including any attempt to mimic another journal/publisher’s site.
2. Name of Journal
The official journal title is Life Cycle (herein “LC”), the abbreviation of ISO is Life Cycle.
3. Peer Review Process
The LC adopts a single-blind peer review for all manuscripts received. A manuscript is first reviewed for its format and adherence to the aims and scope of the journal. If the manuscript if found not to be suitable for the aims and scope of the Journal or does not adhere to the Instructions for authors, it shall be returned to the author immediately after receipt and without a review. Before reviewing, all submitted manuscripts are inspected by a Similarity Check powered by iThenticate (https://www.crossref.org/services/similarity-check/), a plagiarism-screening tool which will make a first decision about your submission.
Your manuscripts will then be sent to two or more most relevant investigators for review of the contents. The editor will select peer referees by recommendation of the Editorial Board members or from the specialist database owned by the Editorial Board. The peer review process will generally take four to eight weeks since submission of the manuscript.
Details of our online submission and peer review system can be found at http://submission.elifecycle.org.
